Shipping & Returns

Our shipping prices are based on the weight of the item(s) in your order and will ship within 1-3 business days from that your order has been recieved.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and announced/federal holidays. 

 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped with Postnord.

Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your shipment. 

 

International shipping options
DHL Express

For international orders we use DHL Express for fast door-to-door deliveries (if you chose this shipping option).

Once your order has been shipped you will recieve an email with a tracking number that can be used to track your shipment. 

 
Postal package

Ships with Postnord and is handed over to your local courier/postal service once the package arrives to the country of destination. 

If you have any questions regarding a status update on your shipment, please use the tracking number and track your order using your countries postal service tracking function or contact a representaive at the postal office.

Shipments to the US are handed over to USPS once they reach the US. Shipments to the UK are handled by Royal Mail once they reach UK.

 

Returns 
If you wish to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please always contact us through email before returning your item(s)The items must be unused and in the same condition as when you recieved them. The item(s) must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use.

We do not refund shipping fees.

Customized or sample sale products can not be returned.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will take between 2-4 days to reappear on your account.
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank then contact your credit card company. 

Refunds for goods shipped outside of EU 

Customs and VAT fees will be charged when returning goods from a country outside of the European Union.


Sale items
Sale items can not be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost for shipping will not be refunded.

Make sure to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance and email us the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
